Most Twitch loading issues can be resolved without reinstalling the extension.

Quick troubleshooting

  1. Confirm that you are signed in to Twitch.
  2. Open chrome://extensions and reload My Twitch Chat History.
  3. Return to Twitch and perform a hard refresh with Ctrl+Shift+R.
  4. Open a channel chat and use Retry if Twitch was still loading.

Reporting a problem

Open a public support issue and include the Twitch page type, the card mode you used, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot and the extension version are helpful. Never include passwords, authentication tokens, cookies, or private messages.
